Brickhouse, District Judge of the 2nd Judicial District, at the 2nd Judicial District Courthouse at ABQ, New Mexico, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., on the 9th day of November, 2012, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Carola Heather Johnson Nettles to Alannah Kate Avelin.
