PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me as Special Master in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property situated in situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, commonly known as 10500 Chapala Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot numbered Eight (8) in Block numbered Four (4) of LA REINA DE LOS ALTOS UNIT ONE, a Subdivision in the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said subdivision filed in the office of theCountyClerkofBernalillo County,New Mexicoon January 24, 1963.

(hereinafter the “Property”).

The sale is to begin at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2012 outside the front entrance of the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in lawful currency of the United States of America the Property to pay any expenses of sale, and to satisfy the in rem Judgment granted Plaintiff on October 3, 2012 in the principal sum of $177,862.34, plus interest in the amount of $38,119.95 as of September 14, 2012, plus interest at the rate of 7% per annum thereafter, plus late charges of $1,292.78, plus escrow advance of $14,916.40, plus property inspection fee of $241.50, plus title search fees of $500.00, plus attorney’s fees and costs incurred in connection with this foreclosure action in the amount of $3,000.00, plus costs of sale.

The sale is subject to a one (1) month right of redemption in favor of Defendant Jeff Wise.
