Please be advised that a VERIFIED COMPLAINT TO FORECLOSE MORTGAGE has been filed regarding the following property inOteroCounty: A part ofLot38, Airport Blocks, Unit No. 2, A subdivision within the City of Alamogordo, New Mexico, more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 38 and going S 89 32’ W along the South line of said Lot 38 a distance of 134.00 feet to the place of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence continuing S 89 32’ W along the South line of said Lot 38 a distance of 181.00 feet to a point; thence N 00 28’ W a distance of 300.00 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 38; thence N 89 32’ E along the North line of said Lot 38 a distance of 181.00 feet to a point; thence S 00 28’ E a distance of 300.00 feet to the said place of beginning.
If you choose to contest this action, you are required to answer on or before January 7, 2013. If there is no response by that time, it will be treated as a default, and a Default Judgment will be entered against you.
