NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Majed Adel Al-Besher, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Majed Adel Al-Besher to Majed Adel Al-Bisher, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable JUDGE BEATRICE BRICKHOUSE, District Court Judge on 7th day of December, 2012, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
