TO: MICHAEL LYNCH, “ALL UNKNOWN CREDITORS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF TO INCLUDE JOHN DOES I thru X” and “ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF”
Notice is hereby given that Wanda Conard has filed a legal action against you in theDistrictCourtofCurryCounty, Cause No. D-0905-CV-02012-00533; the object of said suit is to collect a promissory note given to Plaintiff by Defendant Ann K. Rawnsley a/k/a Ann K. Lynch and to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property located in Curry County, New Mexico, and to quiet the title to the real property, which property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 12 of the Brownhorn Addition to the Village of Melrose, Curry County, New Mexico,
together with all improvements located thereon,
and for the additional purpose of barring and estopping all of the Defendants named in said suit from having or claiming any lien, title or interest in, to or upon said premises prior to the lien of Plaintiff by virtue of the Mortgage.
That unless you appear, answer or plead in said cause before the 27th day of December, 2012, the Plaintiff will take judgment by default against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint.
