NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ORDER OF FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO:
Myong Sun An, Julie Eun-Hui An, Tony Eun-Chun An, Jaqueline Eun-Bin An, and Decedent’s Trust, c/o Myong Sun An, Trustee;
THE FOLLOWING KNOWN PERSONS WHOSE ADDRESSES OR IDENTITIES ARE UNKNOWN: (NONE KNOWN); and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHANG HWAN AN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHANG HWAN AN, DECEASED OR HAVING ANY INTEREST IN THE MATTERS BEING LITIGATED
Myong Sun An, the undersigned Petitioner, has filed a Petition for Order of Formal Probate of Will, Determination of Heirship and Complete Settlement of Estate, which alleges that CHANG HWAN AN died on October 25, 2009 at the age of 65 years, domiciled in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and leaving as his surviving heirs and devisees the persons named above. The Petition further alleges that Decedent left a Last Will and Testament executed on October 30, 1993. The Petition requests a judicial order of formal probate of the Will referred to above, a formal determination of Decedent’s heirs, formal approval of the final account of Petitioner, formal adjudication and approval of the distribution of Decedent’s Estate made by Petitioner as having been made to the persons entitled thereto pursuant to Decedent’s Will, and discharge of Petitioner from further claim or demand of any interested person.
Pursuant to Sections 45-1-401 and 45-3-403 NMSA (1978 Comp.), you are hereby notified that a hearing to consider the Petition has been set at the Bernalillo County District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 10, 2013 at 9:40 a.m. before Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge.
