TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA ANN ROYBAL WALKER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on December 10, 2012, at 1:20 P. M. before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court declare the estate fully settled and discharge petitioner from further claims or demand of any interested person.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
