TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JAMES E. BRATCHER, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES E. BRATCHER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned regarding the estate of James E. Bratcher, which petition requests an Adjudication of Intestacy, Determination of Heirship and Appointment of Personal Representative in the Estate of James E. Bratcher, Deceased, will be held at the Second Judicial District Court for the County of Bernalillo, 400 Lomas Blvd. N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, New Mexico, on December 4, 2012, at 1:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1-401(1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
Unless you file an objection to the hearing or matters requested and set forth in the Petition within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice, it is requested that the Court enter an Order approving matters requested in the Petition.
