The matter has been assigned to the Honorable William E. Parnall. The Petitioners are required to give All John Does who had Sexual Intercourse with K.L. in November, 2011 or December, 2011, notice that the above-referenced Petition for Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights was filed, for the adoption of B.B.L, born to K.L. on August 18, 2012 inGlendale,Arizona.
PLEASE BE FURTHER NOTIFIED and advised that pursuant to the New Mexico Statutes Annotated Section 1978, 35A-5-27 (A)(1999), you have twenty days from the date of publication in which to respond to the Petition.
