TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, Daniel Lee Van Gorden will apply to the Honorable BEATRICE BRICKHOUSE, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., on the 1st day of February, 2013, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Daniel Lee Van Gorden to Danielle Lee Van Gorden.
