NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SUSAN BUSCH, DECEASED (Decedent), AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN BUSCH, DECEASED (Estate), OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative (Petition), which Petition requests that the Court determine that the Decedent died intestate, requests approval of the filed verified inventory of the Estate’s assets and of the filed verified accounting, requests distribution of any remaining Estate assets to the heirs of the Estate and requests that the Court deem the Estate to be settled and that the Court discharge the Personal Representative of the Estate from all further claims or demands of all interested persons, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon, on January 23, 2013, at the hour of 2:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
