*This agenda is set prior to the deadline for the parties to submit a Notice of Appeal. Therefore this matter will be heard as an appeal in the event either or both parties submit timely appeals. Otherwise the matter will be heard as a “Review and/or Ratification of Hearing Officer Decision”.
Updated and amended Agendas may be picked up at the PELRB office up to twenty-four hours in advance or at the board meeting. The Public Employee Labor Relations Board will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate in the Board’s programs.
