*This agenda is set prior to the deadline for the parties to submit a Notice of Appeal. Therefore this matter will be heard as an appeal in the event either or both parties submit timely appeals. Otherwise the matter will be heard as a “Review and/or Ratification of Hearing Officer Decision”.
Updated and amended Agendas may be picked up at the PELRB office up to twenty-four hours in advance or at the board meeting. The Public Employee Labor Relations Board will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate in the Board’s programs. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact the Executive Director of the Public Employee Labor Relations Board, (505) 831-5422 as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Complaints that a program, service, or activity of the Public Employee Labor Relations Board is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to the Executive Director of the Public Employee Labor Relations Board.
