1. This Notice is being published to those Unknown Heirs under NMSA 41-2-1 et seq. and any heirs claiming must file with Court or be barred from claiming heirship.
2. SHAWN NICOLE (NIKKI) GIACCI filed a Petition for Informal Appointment as Personal of the estate of the decedent pursuant to NMSA 41-2-1 et seq.
3. On November 27, 2012, Shawn Nicole (Nikki) Giacci was appointed Personal Representative to serve without bond.
4. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Court and are available for your inspection.
