NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To the heirs and devisees of YVONNE JERMAINE TRUJILLO:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT:
1. The decedent died on or about September 20, 2012.
2. SHAWN NICOLE (NIKKI) GIACCI filed a Petition for Informal Probate and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative in the above-named Court requesting that SHAWN NICOLE (NIKKI) GIACCI be appointed Personal Representative
3. On November 27, 2012, the Court issued an Order of Informal Probate and for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, ordering the Informal Probate of the Estate and appointing SHAWN NICOLE (NIKKI) GIACCI as Personal Representative to serve without bond.
4. Bond has not been filed.
5. The Personal Representative is charged by the Court to administer this Estate pursuant to the provisions of NMSA 1978, 41-2-1 et. seq. You are entitled to information regarding the administration of the Estate from the Personal Representative. Papers relating to this Estate are on file with the Bernalillo County Probate Court and are available for your inspection there. In addition, you can petition the Court in any matter relating to the Estate, including without limitation, distribution of assets and the expenses of administration.
