TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELVIN TOWNSEND SMITH, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELVIN TOWNSEND SMITH, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. This Notice is being published to those unknown heirs and devisees that have or may have some interest in the estate of the decedent.
2. ELAINE C. SMITH filed a Petition for informal appointment as personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
3. On FEB 12, 2013, ELAINE C. SMITH was appointed personal representative to serve without bond.
4. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Court and are available for your inspection.
5. Any heir or devisee of the decedent wishing to contest the probate has four (4) months from the publication of this notice to commence a formal testacy proceeding.
