NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING
The New Mexico Public Employee Labor Relations Board (“NMPELRB”) hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing at its offices at 2929 Coors Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 on April 1, 2013, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing will be to obtain input on the proposed amendment of existing rules codified as 11.21.2.8 NMAC, Commencement of Case, and NMAC 11.21.3.17, Briefs, in order to correct typographical errors appearing in each rule. Interested individuals may provide comments at the public hearing and/or submit written comments to Mr. Matthew Abousleman, Administrative Assistant, New Mexico Public Employee Labor Relations Board, 2929 Coors Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 ([email protected])) (505) 831-5422, fax (505) 831-8820. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing. However, the submission of written comments as soon as possible is encouraged.
Copies of the proposed rules may be accessed on the Board’s website (http://www.pelrb.state.nm.us) under the “Public Notices” link, or obtained from Mr. Abousleman at the email address or phone number indicated.
