NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR ORDER OF COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Unknown heirs of Nancy E. White, Deceased, and all unknown persons who have or claim any interest in the Estate of Nancy E. White, Deceased, or in the matter being litigated in the hereinafter mentioned hearing.
Zia Trust, Inc., Petitioner in the above entitled Estate, hereby gives notice to all interested persons and to any unknown persons who have or claim any interest in the Estate of Nancy E. White, Deceased, that a Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative was filed on February 4, 2013, in the above entitled cause. By the Petition, Zia Trust, Inc. seeks the order of the court approving the final account, approving the schedule of distributions proposed by the Personal Representative, and declaring the Estate fully settled and releasing it from further claims or demand of any interested person. You are given notice that a hearing on the Petition of Zia Trust, Inc. has been set for April 23, 2013, at the hour of 8:45 a.m. at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, before the Honorable Valerie Huling.
Pursuant to 45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
