representative of this estate. All persons having claims against this estate are required to present their claims within two months after the date of the first publication of this notice. Failure to present their claims within those two months will forever bar such claim. Claims must be
presented to the attorney for the estate at the address below or filed with the Bernalillo County
District Court, Probate Division, P. O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103. This notice
is to be published once a week for two consecutive weeks pursuant to § 45-3-801, NMSA 1978.
