STIPULATED ORDER APPOINTING KINSHIP GUARDIAN
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court stipulation of the parties the Petitioner, Sharon Hartley, being represented by Breanon Cole, and the Respondent being represented Pro se, Court having been otherwise fully apprised of the issues FINDS AND ORDERS:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter herein.
2. This Petition for Guardianship is filed pursuant to NMSA 40-10(B) (2012) by Maternal Grandmother, Sharon Hartley.
3. The parties stipulate to appointing Petitioner, Sharon Hartley (maternal grandmother) as Temporary Kinship Guardian for the minor child, Connor Hartley, age. The Temporary Kinship Guardianship shall last for a period of six months. The court shall hold a review hearing on July 12, 2013. @ 10:00 am
4. Jonathan Rivera, the biological father, resides in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. His specific whereabouts are unknown by either Petitioner or Respondent-Mother. Therefore, the Petitioner shall provide notice of the guardianship by publication within the county of Bernalillo within 10 days of the entry of this order and after all subsequent motions are filed before the court.
5. Visitation with Respondent-Mother and the minor child shall be on Sundays from 1-4 PM at McDonald’s on Juan Tabo and Lomas in Albuquerque, NM with Petitioner supervising the visitation.
6. As kinship guardian, Petitioner, Sharon Hartley, shall have authority to make medical, education, and other major life decisions for the minor child Connor Hartley.
7. Child support has not been requested and shall be reserved upon until motion by the parties.
