c. AFSCME, Council 18 v. New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Dep’t., PELRB No. 113-12 – Petitioner’s Withdrawal of the claims relating to PEBA Section 19(A) and 19(D), remaining after the Board’s Confirmation of the Recommended Decision granting Summary Judgment in favor of the Union.
