Notice is hereby given that the above-named Petitioner has filed and action in the above-named Court to change her name from Deborah Antoinette Miller to Deborah Antoinette Garcia. The Petitioner will be presented for approval to the Honorable Alan Malott, Second Judicial District Court Judge, at his office in the Second Judicial District Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico on the 27th day of June, 2013, at the hour of 1:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the same can be heard.
Anyone objecting to the change of name is hereby notified to appear in person at said place and time, or to file their objection in writing prior to the aforementioned time with the Clerk of the above-named Court.
