You are hereby notified that a suit has been filed against you in the said court and county by the above-named Plaintiffs in which Plaintiffs request judgment establishing their claim to, and quieting title in, the following described property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico:
Lot numbered Twenty-three (23), Block numbered Two (2), of MONTANO WEST, UNIT 3, an addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on December 20, 1997, and more commonly known as 6004 Rio Pueblo, N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87120..
You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in said cause within thirty days from the last day this notice is published, judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default and the relief requested will be granted.
