TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, JACQUELINE PARGAS will apply to the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, at 11:25 o’clock a.m., on the 14th day of June, 2013, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from JACQUELINE PARGAS to JACQUELINE MARTINEZ.
Pursuant to Section 40-8-2 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given to you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
