The minor child who is the subject of such Petition is Maynor Alexandar Rodriguez, born October 25, 2003, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Claudia Ibanez.
If you intend to contest the adoption and termination of parental rights you shall respond to the Petition within twenty (20) days from the date you receive this Notice.
FAILURE TO RESPOND SHALL BE TREATED AS A DEFAULT AND YOUR CONSENT TO THE ADOPTION SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED WHICH MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
