NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LEONAR ANTHONY GOMEZ, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from LEONAR ANTHONY GOMEZ to LEO ANTHONY GOMEZ, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Judge, on the 16th day of July, 2013, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Courtroom 616, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
