NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dylan Jack Hicks, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Dylan Jack Hicks to Dylan Jack Reuter, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 2 day of July 2013, at the hour of 2:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd Albuquerque, New Mexico.
