NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
TO ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS who may claim a lien, interest, or title, adverse to Grossetete Enterprises, LLC and/or Skidz, LLC (“Plaintiffs”), in the real property concerned herein.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that an action to Quiet Title To Real Property, Or, In the
Alternative, To Foreclose (“Complaint”) has been filed in the Second Judicial District Court for the County of Bernalillo, New Mexico, Cause No. D-0202-CV-2013-03116 by Plaintiffs.
A copy of the Complaint and associated documents may be obtained from Plaintiffs’
attorneys Keleher & McLeod, P.A. (Justin Breen), P.O. Box AA, Albuquerque, NM 87103, 201 Third Street NW, 12th floor, Albuquerque, NM 87102, (505) 346-4646.
The real property subject of this action is located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, more particularly described as:
Lots lettered A-1, A, B, C, D, and the westerly 20 feet of Lot E, Lot P-3, and Lot K-1 together with the East-West vacated alley in Block numbered 14 of Del Norte Subdivision to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Replat of Blocks 13, 14, 15 and 16 of said
subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on January 29, 1959,
and
The easterly 5 feet of Lot lettered E plus Lots lettered F, G, H, J, K, and P-4, together with the East-West vacated alley in Block numbered 14 of Del Norte
Subdivision to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Replat of Blocks 13, 14, 15 and 16 of said subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on January 29, 1959
The Complaint seeks the following relief: establishment of the Plaintiffs’ interest against
the Defendants’ liens and any adverse claims of Defendants, and that the Defendants be barred and forever estopped from having or claiming any lien upon or any right or title to the property adverse to the Plaintiffs, and that Plaintiffs’ legal and equitable title thereto be forever quieted and set at rest.
If you claim an interest in the above-described real property you must file an Answer to
the Complaint with the Office of the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court (Civil Division)
at 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 (P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103) and mail a copy of your Answer to Plaintiffs’ counsel (Justin Breen) at P.O. Box AA, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103, within thirty (30) days of the completion of service by publication of this Notice Of Pendency Of Suit. Failure to timely file and serve an Answer may result in a Default Judgment being entered against you and in favor of the Plaintiffs
granting the Plaintiffs the relief that is requested in the Complaint.
