NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on August 1, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. the undersigned Special Master will sell to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, located at 400 Lomas Blvd., Albuquerque, NM 87102, all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 1056 Betts St. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87112 in Bernalillo County, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK NUMBERED EIGHTY-FIVE (85) OF PLAT OF BLCOK 14-C, 21-B, 80-B, 82-A, 83, 84, AND 85 OF DALE J. BELLAMAH’S PRINCESS JEANNE PARK, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON FEBRUARY 20, 1959.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Stipulated and Default Judgment entered on June 12, 2013, as follows:
Judgment in the amount of $159,061.45, with interest accruing at 6.500% per annum from April 12, 2013, forward.
The Stipulated and Default Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, its successors, or assigns has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF THE TITLE AND THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING.
