STATE OF New Mexico to the above-named Defendants Michael E. Jojola, Manuel Anthony Chavez, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Gerry Adkins.
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose on the property located at 6021 Azure Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 and legally described as “Lot numbered Fourteen (14) in Block numbered Two (2), in DESERT TERRACE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5, Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat of said subdivision, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo, September 25, 1969, in Plat Book D4, folio 42.”
Unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the Complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
