NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Jean Stapleton, Carolyn Rea Farran, Pamela Diane Brame, and all unknown heirs and devisees and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned has filed with the above-named Court, and Application for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative and a Supplemental Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Application and Petition on July 3, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Judge Valerie Huling, District Court Judge. The Hearing will consider said Petition and if approved the Court will render a judgment admitting the Last Will and Testament of William Walter Farran, Jr., dated December 24, 2012 to probate, and appointing the Decedent’s widow Jean Stapleton as Personal Representative of the Estate.
