NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY LOUISE SAULS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY LOUISE SAULS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate, approval of the inventory, approval of the final account and report and approval of the distribution of all Estate assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, on August 7, 2013, at the hour of 9:30 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
