NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SUSAN SILVERMAN, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN SILVERMAN, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Determine Testacy, to Determine Heirship and to Appoint Personal Representative filed by the undersigned petitioner in the abovecaptioned estate, which Petition requests (1) a determination that the above-captioned decedent died testate, (2) a determination of the heirship of the above-captioned
decedent and (3) appointment of a Personal Representative of the above-captioned estate, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon,
on July 1, 2013, at the hour of 10:15 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
