NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on September 5, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, located at 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102, all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 9138 Hendrix Road NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED SIX (6) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWENTY (20) OF BLOCKS 13 TO 23 INCLUSIVE, OF THOMAS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON SAID PLAT, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JUNE 12, 1952, IN PLAT BOOK C2, FOLIO 98.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment entered on May 20, 2013, in the amount of $116,621.23, with interest accruing at 4.875% per year from May 2, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF THE TITLE AND THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING.
