Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by William Robert Kitchens, petitioner, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Loams NW, Albuquerque, NM, Courtroom 702 on July 25, 2013, at 9:15 AM, before the Honorable Theodore C. Baca.
