On August 14, 2013 at 8:45 a.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Valerie Huling, Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., N.W. Albuquerque, New Mexico, a hearing will be held to determine whether a Personal Representative should be appointed for JANETTE D. DUNN. The purpose of this proceeding is to appoint a Personal Representative. If the Court finds that JANETTE D. DUNN is in need of a Personal Representative, the Court at the hearing shall also consider whether HOWARD R. DUNN should be appointed as Personal Representative of JANETTE D. DUNN. The Court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as Personal Representative.
The Court may, on its own motion or on request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time.
