TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE KRISHAN P. BHASKER TRUST, U.T.A., SEPTEMBER 29, 1983, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by KEDAR N. BHASKER M.D., requesting that the Court
Terminate the KRISHAN P. BHASKER TRUST, u.t.a. September 29, 1983, and Distribute Trust Corpus and Income, will be held before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, District Judge, on August 30, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the petition is hereby given you by
publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
