UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, AND ALL
UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Jeanine R. Steffy,
for the Estate of THOMAS S. LUERAS, on the Application for Informal Probate and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by the Applicant, JOSEPH LUERAS. Said petition admits the estate to probate, appoints the Applicant as the Personal Representative, and issues Letters of Administration.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 12th day of September at 8:45 a.m., before the Honorable VALERIE A. HULING.
