NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Parameswary Paramsothy, Pathmaja Paramsothy, Pangaja Paramsothy and all unknown heirs, devisees, and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned has filed with the above-named Court, a Petition for Formal Probate of Will, and Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on October 1, 2013, at the hour of 9:30 a.m. or 15 minutes at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Courtroom 616, Albuquerque, NM, before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Court Judge. This Hearing will consider said Petition and if approved the Court will render a judgment admitting the Last Will and Testament of Kanagaratnam Paramsothy dated February 21, 2007 to probate and appointing the said Pathmaja Paramsothy as Personal Representative of the Estate.
