YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Adoption has been filed by Petitioner in the above-entitled Court and cause on June 24, 2013. The Petitioner is required to give Haley Dawn Munden, the birth mother, notice that the above-referenced Petition for Adoption was filed which requests a decree allowing petitioner to adopt Adriana Rose Valdez, born March 12, 2009, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
PLEASE BE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to NMSA 35A-5-27 (A) (1978), you have twenty (20) days from the date of service in which to respond to the Petition if you intend to contest the adoption with the Second Judicial District Court, Children’s Court Division, 5100 2nd Street, N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. Your failure to so respond shall be treated as a default and your consent to the adoption shall not be required.
