TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KENNETH J. BLUEHER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KENNETH J. BLUEHER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Personal Representative, which Petition provides for complete settlement of the Estate, waiver of the final account and report, and distribution of all Estate assets, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, on October 2, 2013, at the hour of 10:05 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
