AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VONELL J. FISCHER, ALSO KNOWN AS VONELL JANE FISCHER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VONELL J. FISCHER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Determine Testacy, to Determine Heirship and to Appoint Personal Representative filed by the undersigned petitioner in the above-captioned estate, which Petition requests (1) a determination that the above-captioned decedent died testate, (2) a determination of the heirship of the above-captioned decedent and (3) appointment of a Personal Representative of the above-captioned estate, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon, on September 25, 2013, at the hour of 1:30 p.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
