Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Victoria Sue Zimmerman to Victoria Sue Smitherman, and that this Petition will be heard before
the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge, on October 22, 2013 @ 11:35 a.m. at the
Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
