NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Philip Gordon Spinelli and Abigail Gordon Spinelli, residents of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, have filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein they seek to change their names from Philip Gordon Spinelli and Abigail Gordon Spinelli to Philip Gordon and Abigail Gordon and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Judge, on the 31st day of October, 2013, at the hour of 9:30 am at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
