NOTICE is hereby given that on October 31, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 2624 Sarita Ave NW, Albuquerque, 87104, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED ELEVEN-P1 (11-P1) OF FLORAL MEADOWS, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT ENTITLED, “PLAT FOR FLORAL MEADOWS (BEING A REPLAT OF TRACTS 264-B-A-A-1, 267, 268-B, 270-A-2, 270-A-1-C, 20-A-1-D, 270-B AND 315-A-1-A-1, M.R.G.C.D,, MAP NO. 35, TOGETHER WITH TRACT B-1, LAND OF MACIEL AND TRUJILLO), WITHIN THE TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, PROJECTED SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RAGE 2 EAST, AND PROJECTED SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, MAY 2005”, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXCIO ON JUNE 30, 2005 IN PLAT BOOK 2005C, PAGE 233.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of an In Rem Judgment entered on August 22, 2013, in the amount of $217,823.33, with interest accruing at 5.750% per year from February 28, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
