Stephanie Kay Funkhouser, 4715 Round House Circle, Monclova, Ohio 43542 On the 25th day of November, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for 20 minutes at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, The Honorable Clay Campbell, of the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, will hold a hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative of Harry P. “Chip” Gonzales. The purpose of this proceeding is to obtain an order as to the testacy of decedent in relation to the Last Will and Testament of decedent executed on October 17, 2005, to determine the heirs of decedent and to appoint a personal representative of the Estate of Adolfo Frank Gonzales, Deceased. A copy of the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative is on file with the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court for Bernalillo County, New Mexico, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico and may be there inspected.
At the hearing the Court will determine whether Harry P. “Chip” Gonzales should be appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Adolfo Frank Gonzales, Deceased, under New Mexico Law.
The Court may on its own motion or on request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time.
