NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Christopher Ryan Newsom & Kayle Nicole Brooks, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he/she seeks to change his/her name from Christopher Ryan Newsom & Kayle Nicole Brooks to Christopher Ryan Cirrincione & Kayle Nicole-Brooks Cirrincione, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 19th day of December 2013, at the hour of 1:30 p.m, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, New Mexico.
