NOTICE is hereby given that on December 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Second Judicial Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property particularly described as follows:
LOTS “E-11,” “E-12,” AND E-13” OF UNIT NO. 1 OF SKYLAND, A SUBDIVISION OF A TRACT OF LAND IN BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME ARE SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 19, 1958, IN PLAT BOOK D2, FOLIO 50,
which property has the address of: 33 Big Dipper Road, Tijeras, New Mexico.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Judgment entered on October 22, 2013, in the amount of $311,466.21, with interest accruing at 6.125% per year from December 18, 2012, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
