AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE
AMENDED NOTICE is hereby given that on January 9, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 7112 Alamillo Road NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED SIXTY-A-P1 (60-A-P1), OF THE TRAILS, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT ENTITLED “PLAT OF TAOS AT THE TRAILS (BEING A REPLAT OF TAOS AT THE TRAILS), WITHIN THE TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT IN PROJECTED SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, N.M.P.M., CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, FEBRUARY 2005” FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 11, 2005 IN PLAT BOOK NUMBER 2005C, PAGE 96.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of AJudgment entered on February 1, 2013, in the amount of $469,026.95, with interest accruing at 7.375% per year from September 1, 2012, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF THE TITLE AND THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING.
