NOTICE is hereby given that on January 9, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 8001 Brittany Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-NINE-A-P1 (29-A-P1) OF COPPERFIELD, BEING A REPLAT OF TRACT G, BLOCK TWENTY-FIVE (25), TRACT “A”, NORTH ALBUQUERQUE ACRES, SITUATE WITHIN THE ELENA GALLEGOS GRANT, “PROJECTED” SECTION 19, T. 11 N., R. 4E., N.M.P.M., CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE REPLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON AUGUST 4, 1992, IN PLAT BOOK 92C, PAGE 162.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of an In Rem Judgment entered on November 7, 2013, in the amount of $268,788.94, with interest accruing at 2.00% per year from October 11, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
