1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Thien Van Phan, Tri Thein Phan, Tam Thien Phan and Van Thi Bui, by and through their attorney, Lisa Torraco, states petitioners are residents of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, have filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein they seek to change their names from:
Tri Thien Phan to Tri Anh Thien Phan, Tam Thien Phan to Tam Anh Thien Phan, Thien Van Phan to Thien Anh Phan, Van Thi Bui to Van Bui,
and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Valerie A. Huling, District Judge, on the 15th day of April, 2014, at the hour of 8:45 a.m., at the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102.
